Core national high-speed railway artery, full length over 5,000 km across 10 coastal provinces & cities, total investment over RMB 1 trillion, 350km/h standard with dozens of large cross-water bridges.

Land area 81 mu, total construction area 103,000 ㎡, total investment RMB 391 million; headquarters office towers + training complex accommodating 5,000 trainees at one time, cross-border industry cooperation carrier.

Phase I total investment RMB 12.3 billion, basic crude oil processing capacity 5 million tons/year, upgraded to 8 million tons/year; supporting 200,000 tons/year polypropylene plant and 3.2 million m³ crude oil reserve tank farm, core regional energy supply base.

With berths for 10,000-ton ocean-going vessels, long breakwaters and multi-group professional cargo terminals, capable of docking multiple large cargo ships simultaneously, supporting national coastal industrial logistics system.
